• Represented Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in FinFET patent infringement litigation and negotiation with Intel. 

• Represented a major European patent owner against OPPO and Xiaomi in a standard-essential patent royalty dispute over 3G/4G communication protocols, and facilitated a global settlement;

• Advised a major US patent owner in a standard-essential patent royalty dispute against Xiaomi relating to 3G/4G communication protocols, and dealt with Anti-suit injunction;

• Represented a major European patent owner in a standard-essential patent dispute with TCL regarding 3G/4G communication protocols;

• Represented ACACIA in an invalidation case brought by ZTE against its 4G LTE technology and the patent was upheld in its entirety;

• Advising HEVC on patent pool policy re standard-essential patents;

• Drafted several IP analysis reports for the IP Key project of EU IP Office, including standard-essential patent analysis;

• Represented Qualcomm in a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple in Nanjing;

• Represented a major smart device company in a patent infringement lawsuit and patent invalidation against Dynamic Data and forced the other party to settle the case;

• Represented a major chip company in a patent infringement lawsuit and patent invalidation against an NPE and forced the other party to settle the lawsuit;

• Represented Nichia in a multi-jurisdiction patent battle against Taiwan rivals and reached full victories.  The case was recognized as leading case by Bejing No. 1 Intermediate Court;

• Represented Immersion in a patent infringement lawsuit against Fitbit bracelet;

• Represented FMC in more than ten pesticide patent infringement lawsuits and administrative enforcement cases against competitors, and obtained pre-litigation behavior preservation in Ningbo Intermediate Court, and won in Qingdao Intermediate Court, Hangzhou Intermediate Court and Zhengzhou Intermediate Court.

• Participated in Qualcomm investigation and provided analysis to China’s antitrust authority;

• Participated in merger review of Microsoft/Nokia acquisition of phone business and patent portfolios.  The analysis was adopted in the final opinion;

• Represented HC Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. in response to a series of patent infringement lawsuits involving LED chips initiated by Xiamen Sanan Optoelectronics Co. and participated in the patent invalidation proceedings;

• Represented WiLAN Canada in suing Micron for patent infringement and responding to patent invalidation and administrative proceedings;

• Represented Honeywell in a patent infringement lawsuit against a local company in Shandong Province in 2015, and obtained behavior preservation based on a method patent;

• Represented Honeywell in a patent invalidation and administrative litigation case related to QR code scanning and a patent infringement lawsuit against Zebra;

• Represented Resideo Corporation in responding to patent litigation and patent invalidation in the smart home field by NPE, forcing the other party to reach a settlement;

• Represented Danaher Group in administrative proceedings before the Beijing Intellectual Property Court and the Supreme People's Court regarding medical device patents.
