Mr. Jinwen Han has been practicing intellectual property litigation and non-litigation work since 2008. Mr. Han specializes in the development of corporate IP protection strategies, civil and administrative IP litigation, unfair competition litigation, domain name arbitration, and IP commercial negotiations.

Mr. Han has developed effective litigation strategies and achieved satisfactory results in many difficult and complex trademark, copyright, design patent and unfair competition litigation cases. Based on his extensive experience in IP licensing and enforcement and IP commercial negotiations, Mr. Han has developed tailored IP protection solutions for domestic and foreign companies on Internet-related issues and other fields. In addition, Mr. Han also has extensive experience in administrative protection of intellectual property and domain name arbitration.

• Represented NBA Properties Inc. in a trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation against Qingdao Lingxian Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Blue Fly Huyu Technology Co., Ltd., and received compensation of RMB 3 million. This case was recognized by Guangdong High People's Court as a “Top 10” intellectual property cases and “Top 10” internet cases in 2018. It was also selected by QBPC as a “Top 10” non-criminal cases in 2018.

• Represented China Overseas Property Holdings Ltd. in a trademark infringement litigation with the subject matter amounting to RMB 90 million.

• Represented the famous bakery brand “Bao Shi Fu” in a series of trademark infringement disputes including a case with the subject matter amounting to RMB 40 million.

• Represented Travel Sentry in a series of trademark infringement cases in China and successfully curbed the infringing products in the Chinese market.

• Represented Peking University Yinghua Technology Co., Ltd. (PKULAW.COM) in a trademark infringement litigation against Shanghai Baishitong Co., Ltd. where the first-instance court awarded the compensation of RMB 3 million and successfully negotiated a favorable settlement in the appeal.

• Represented Dulwich College in a trademark infringement case against a Beijing kindergarten that free-rode the high popularity of Dulwich College, received favorable decisions in first and second instance procedures and successful enforced the judgment.

• Represented GrandVision (China) Co., Ltd. in a trademark infringement case against Shenzhen Jia Ma Zhong Co., Ltd., and received favorable results by arguing the disputed mark caused confusion among relevant public to make a breakthrough in the first and second instance procedures.
