GEN Law Firm is pleased to announce that the firm has been shortlisted for Rising Law Firm of the Year at the ALB China Law Awards 2026, organised by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

The ALB China Law Awards recognizes outstanding law firms, in-house legal teams and legal professionals for excellence in practice, client service and industry impact. This year's programme attracted particularly strong competition, with close to 278 law firms and in-house teams contending across more than 50 practice-area categories and over 1,800 submissions received.

The shortlisting is a testament to GEN's commitment to delivering commercially astute, high-quality legal services to domestic and international clients alike. Since its founding, the firm has built deep capabilities across a number of key practice areas and continues to invest in the talent and infrastructure needed to serve an increasingly sophisticated client base.

Winners will be announced at the ALB China Law Awards gala dinner on 16 April 2026 at the Park Hyatt Beijing.
