Mr. Jerry Xia boasts over 20 years of extensive legal experience, with remarkable achievements in intellectual property, dispute resolution, brand licensing, technology transactions, etc. He has led IP licensing negotiations, due diligence, and risk assessments for numerous major projects. Mr. Xia has also secured landmark victories in many intellectual property rights protection lawsuits.
