GEN Law Firm congratulates our partner Kevin Han for being selected as a "Rising Star" by INTA (International Trademark Association) in recognition of his contribution to the INTA Unfair Competition Committee.

Last year, the Rising Stars Program was launched by INTA, aiming to discover and support upcoming leaders and contributors, particularly among young professionals. The first group of Rising Stars was revealed in November 2023. The program prompts INTA committee chairs, vice chairs, and staff liaisons to expand their search for potential rising stars, considering those who have exhibited significant IP knowledge or dynamic skills by contributing to the IP profession or INTA, either within or outside the organization. Notably, two Chinese members, include Mr. Han, were honored with this well-deserved recognition.

This year, 7 partners of GEN Law Firm, including Kevin Han, have joined multiple committees of INTA. Moving forward, GEN Law will continue to actively participate in INTA's activities and strive to make a more significant impact on the INTA community and beyond.
