The Hangzhou Intellectual Property Protection Center has announced their second batch of expert advisors, which includes Jerry Xia, partner from GEN Law Firm, among the honorees providing advice on IP-related disputes overseas.

The expert selection followed a transparent and fair process, which included public solicitation, voluntary reporting, merit-based selection, and public announcements. Finally, 40 experts were selected.

Mr. Xia has a wealth of experience in international intellectual property protection, which sets him apart from others, making him a recognized name by the evaluation team. His expertise will contribute to enhancing Hangzhou’s position in the global economy, fostering an environment where innovation and legal protection go hand in hand.
