On November 18, 2023, the 10th China Intellectual Property Forum (CIPF) and the 5th China Science and Technology Innovation Forum ended successfully at the China Palace Hotel in Beijing. The forum witnessed speeches from esteemed personalities, including Professor Zhang Qin, former Deputy Secretary of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC), and Vice Chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), and Deputy Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA); Academician Shen Changxiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE); and Deputy Chief Judge Song Yushui of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, among others.

Organized jointly by the Beijing Power-nation Intellectual Property Institute, the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC), this year's forum theme focused on "New Leaps in Independent Innovation: IP Rules and Best Practices." The event brought together nearly 250 leading figures from leading tech companies and legal professionals to engage in extensive and in-depth discussions.

At the forum, the 2023 China IP & Antitrust Service Capability List was announced.
