Our managing partner He Jing recently attended the China Investment Forum on High-Quality Cross-Border Investment in Xiamen and joined a roundtable on services supporting business expansion into BRICS markets. The forum was organized by the Investment Promotion Agency of China's Ministry of Commerce.

Under the theme "Bringing BRICS Industrial Parks Together to Create New Opportunities for Cross-Border Cooperation," the forum focused on cross-border investment opportunities among BRICS countries and the services companies need when expanding internationally. It brought together approximately 200 representatives from governments and investment promotion agencies of BRICS member and partner countries, industrial parks in China and overseas, companies with international operations, professional service providers, think tanks, and media organizations.

During the roundtable on BRICS market expansion services, Mr. He exchanged views with representatives from China Galaxy Securities, SUNTAR Environmental Technology, the Suzhou Industrial Park Investment Promotion Committee, China Chengtong International Investment, and Bank of East Asia.

The discussion examined the full range of services required by companies expanding into BRICS markets, with a particular focus on financial support, compliance management, and localized operations. Drawing on their respective areas of expertise, the panelists shared practical observations and recommendations for Chinese companies seeking to establish operations in BRICS markets and pursue sustainable international growth.
