We are delighted to announce that He Jing, Founding Partner of GEN Law, has been named to the 2026 edition of the IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.

In the 2026 edition, Mr. He is ranked in four areas: Brokering, IP management consultancy, Legal and Technology transfer. This broad recognition reflects his extensive experience across IP strategy and management, complex legal matters, IP transactions and technology transfer.

He Jing is widely recognized in the field, advising leading high-tech companies, well-known brands, and major industry associations in China and abroad. His work covers complex IP litigation, compliance advisory, technology licensing, and legislative and policy matters. Leveraging his deep understanding of the law and precise grasp of client needs, he not only resolves high-stakes disputes efficiently, but also actively contributes to improving China’s innovation-related legal framework and supporting the international expansion of Chinese enterprises.

In addition, Mr. He was recently admitted as a Member of the Arbitral Tribunal by the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) under the Unified Patent Court (UPC), for a five-year term beginning on 1 June 2026. The appointment, following consideration by the PMAC Director and Expert Committee, reflects his expertise in cross-border intellectual property and further highlights GEN Law’s capabilities in cross-border intellectual property dispute resolution.
