Ning Dong focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling, with particular strength in complex, high-value IP disputes for technology companies.
Over the past two decades, Mr. Dong has represented clients in numerous high‑impact, technically challenging matters before China’s leading IP courts, including a series of patent infringement actions between top domestic companies, as well as patent and trade secret disputes involving multiple multinational corporations in China.
