Ms. Chen Xiaolin is a Senior Counsel at Beijing GEN (Nanjing) Law Firm. She provides clients with strategic legal advice on intellectual property dispute resolution (both contentious and non-contentious), corporate licensing and regulatory compliance, as well as public policy and government relations.

Ms. Chen has extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, particularly in the field of intellectual property. With ten years of IP practice, she previously served as Director of Intellectual Property at the legal department of a well-known e-commerce company. During her tenure, she led and handled a large number of disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, patents and unfair competition, achieving favorable outcomes in both litigation and non-litigation matters and fully safeguarding the company’s lawful rights and interests. She also has substantial practical experience in the supervision and compliance management of business licenses for various types of enterprises, helping businesses operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
