Mr. Johnson LI has been practicing intellectual property since 2000 and is one of the most experienced IP litigator in China. His practice focuses on litigating intellectual property disputes, advising on patent invalidation and licensing matters, planning and executing IP-related strategy as well as providing solutions to data protection. Johnson is dual qualified as attorney-at-law and patent attorney in China. The combination of technical and legal background has enabled him to better understand the technicality and grasp the legal intricacy of the case, which puts im in a privileged position to advocate for his clients’ interests in many cases.
Johnson has abundant experience in representing clients before Chinese courts from the Supreme Court to local courts as well as administrative authorities. Several cases he represented were selected and recommended as typical cases or exemplary cases.
