On September 16, 2023, He Jing was invited to participate in two panels at the MOFCOM Investment Promotion Agency's conference held during China-ASEAN Expo, entitled "RCEP Green and Digital Investment Cooperation Dialogue". He Jing moderated the first dialogue on sustainable development for RCEP and he spoke as panelist on the digital economy at another panel. The panelists include chairs of industry associations of Chinese enterprises in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore. Also, on the topic of digital economy, executives such as those from China Mobile International joined the discussions.

COI • RCEP Green and Digital Investment Cooperation Dialogue, co-hosted by the Investment Promotion Agency, Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (CIPA), Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Joint Conference of Chinese Overseas Chambers of Commerce (JCCOCC), was successfully held during the 20th China-ASEAN Expo. This marks the first time the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce's specialized cross-border investment service platform "China Investment" has joined hands with the ASEAN Expo to promote the high-quality development of RCEP investment cooperation. The dialogue, themed "Building up Green Consensus, Innovating for a Digital Future," invited representatives from the government, business associations, and enterprises to deeply exchange views and share insights on new trends and opportunities in the digital economy and green field cross-border investment cooperation among RCEP countries. It aims to build a professional platform for participants to encourage cross-border investment activities and deeply tap the potential of RCEP investment cooperation. Over 80 representatives from foreign consulates in China, Chinese and foreign investment promotion agencies, local governments, industry chambers of commerce, financial institutions, and enterprises attended the event.
