Charles shared his expertise in a presentation titled "The Swiss Army Knife in Cross-Border Disputes: A Case Study on How Third-Party Funding Can Help Companies Reduce Costs, Integrate Resources, and Innovate Models." He explained the role of third-party funding organizations in providing financial support for enterprises or individuals engaged in litigation or arbitration, aiming to collect success fees. Through case analysis, Charles illuminated the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages, and selection criteria for third-party funding. Additionally, he explored the potential future developments of this dispute resolution tool.
