• Represented a UK drilling services company in selling its equity in a Sino-foreign joint venture (producing oil pipe products, with CNOOC as the Chinese partner). 

• Represented a global oilfield services company in increasing registered capital in a Sino-foreign joint venture (providing oilfield services in Northwest China). 

• Represented an international petrochemical company in the proposed acquisition of a Taiwanese petrochemical company (with a major production facility in Southern China). 

• Represented a Russian natural gas producer in the proposed acquisition of a Chinese company operating an LNG terminal and in establishing a Sino-foreign joint venture for LNG import and sales in China. 

• Represented a US private equity fund in acquiring oil casing business with significant production operations in China. 

• Represented an Indonesian listed oil and gas company in acquiring exploration rights for oil blocks in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. 

• Assisted a Sino-foreign joint venture in completing overseas investment registration and filing procedures. 

• Provided legal services to a Hong Kong company regarding equity disputes with Chinese partners in a Sino-foreign joint venture. 

• Provided comprehensive legal services for a new energy enterprise client's Bangladesh photovoltaic power station investment project, including legal due diligence, engineering bidding, PPP and EPC contracts. 

• Provided legal services for a state-owned enterprise client's acquisition of a Bulgarian photovoltaic power station project, including legal due diligence, SPA, and EPC contracts. 

• Provided legal services for a state-owned enterprise client's Malaysian photovoltaic power station investment project, including legal due diligence, SPA, and EPC contracts. 

• Provided legal due diligence services for Sinosteel International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.'s EPC project at Magnitogorsk Steel Plant in Russia. 

• Provided legal due diligence and EPC legal services for China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., Ltd.'s agricultural engineering project in Russia. 

• Provided legal due diligence services for a state-owned enterprise client's PPP transmission project in Ethiopia. 

• Provided legal due diligence services for a state-owned enterprise client's Dhaka Elevated Expressway PPP Project in Bangladesh. 

• Provided legal due diligence services for a state-owned enterprise client's acquisition and engineering contracting of the Ob River Bridge PPP project in Novosibirsk, Russia. 

• Conducted intellectual property due diligence for cross-border M&A projects in the colloid field. 

• Conducted intellectual property due diligence for cross-border M&A in the lactic acid field. 

• Provided due diligence for a well-known investment institution's acquisition of a medical device manufacturing enterprise. 

• Represented a biotech startup in successfully obtaining tens of millions of RMB in investment from multiple renowned investment institutions. 

• Provided due diligence and drafted transaction documents for a well-known state-owned investment institution's acquisition of two semiconductor component manufacturing enterprises.
