雷路女士专长于公司跨境合并与收购，曾代表多家海外买方和卖方参与跨境交易，进行交易结构的设计、协议的起草、合同条款的谈判、与相关政府部门的沟通。

Jessica Lei specializes in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions and has represented numerous overseas purchasers and sellers in designing transaction structure, drafting transactional documents, negotiating definitive agreements, and communicating with governmental authorities. 

此外，雷路女士为跨国公司（尤其是石油和天然气、化工、制造业领域的跨国公司）在华业务涉及的法律问题提供全方位的法律服务，业务领域主要涉及公司成立治理及解散、许可证及合规、外汇管制、环境保护、劳动及雇佣、进出口管制、跨境电子商务、合同审阅等。

Jessica also has extensive experiences in helping MNCs and thier Chinese subsidiaries (especially those in the oil and gas, chemical and machinery industries) solve legal issues relating to corporate formation, governance and dissolution, licensing and regulatory, foreign exchange control, environmental protection, labor and employment, import and export control, cross-border E-commerce, contract review etc.

Prior to joining GEN, Jessica worked at Baker Botts L.L.P Beijing office for more than 8 years.

雷路女士本科毕业于中国政法大学，获法学学士学位；后续分别在北京大学法学院和美国哥伦比亚大学法学院就读，皆获得法学硕士学位。

Jessica graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree. She then received Master degree in law from both Peking University Law School and Columbia University Law School.

雷路女士拥有中国法律职业资格，并于2013年3月获得美国纽约州律师资格，可在纽约州进行法律执业。

Jessica has Chinese bar qualification and was also admitted to the practice of law in New York State as of March 2013.
