Recently, Chambers and Partners, the globally recognized legal ranking agency, published the 2024 Chambers Trade Secrets Global Practice Guide ("the Guide"). GEN Law Firm is honored to have contributed to this prestigious publication through the efforts of Mr. Jerry Xia, Mr. Ning Dong, and Ms. Yulu Wang, who authored the China Chapter of the Guide’s Trends and Development section.
